Shipping policy
Orders are shipped from our UK warehouse. Our order cut-off time is 2:00pm. Orders placed after this time will not be prcoessed until the next working day.
Orders placed within the UK on our Standard shipping service are normally received within 3-5 working days. Orders placed outside of the UK on our Standard shipping service can take anywhere between 10 and 25 working days depending on location.
A range of shipping services (including economy and express options) for your location will be displayed to you at checkout, along with estimated delivery times. Please note that these estimates are provided in good faith based on service average and are not guarantees. The amount you pay is based on the service offered and not on estimated delivery time. We are unable to make refunds for shipping if your item arrives later than estimated.
Shipping cost will vary by location and product, starting from £1.95 (or Free for Clog Club members). Import Duties and Taxes may be payable on non-UK orders depending on the trade situation between UK and the receiving country. This will be displayed and paid for at checkout and orders will be delivered Duty Paid (DDP).
We will track deliveries where we feel necessary, but if you insist on a tracked or express delivery you must select the relevant option at checkout. If there is any kind of problem with your order we aim to contact you within 1 working day.
If you request to cancel an order after it has been placed, we will do our best to stop it from being shipped. However, because our fulfillment team works around the clock to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that cancellation will be possible. Please note that our warehouse operates independently of our office hours. If your order cannot be canceled in time, you will still have the option to return it once it arrives.
In the event of an item not being received, we are unable to do anything until at least 10 working days have elapsed beyond the delivery estimate. It is only after this time that an order would be eligible for a 'missing in post' claim. We will raise a complaint with the appropriate courier who will in turn conduct their own investigation before letting us know the outcome. If your goods are verified as lost or irrecoverable, we will at this stage be able to redispatch the goods or issue a full refund.
